Back to the grindstone

Managed to drag myself out for 10 miles on Monday evening, once I got going it actually didn't seem so bad. It's quite windy here at the moment so on Tuesday when I was even less enthused I decided the only option was to run 5 miles into the wind & turn so at least I'd have it on my back for the way home. This meant that I felt like I was only doing 5 miles even though they were 5 miserable miles!
My calf is still sore, & my hamstring on the same leg was also quite tight. I'm tempted to rest it but not sure if it'll make a difference. There's a physio on site (yes we are spoiled) so I have booked a session. Hopefully I'll survive till then!
Monday: 10.4miles @ 7:23min/mile HR133
Tuesday: 10.2miles @ 7:23min/mile HR132
